1.
They must have completed upper secondary school, or completed vocational certificate course or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; or
2.
They must have completed a higher vocational certificate course or the equivalent, or diploma or equivalent, from the university as recognized by the university council; or
3.
They must have completed a bachelor degree or its equivalent, or higher, from education institutions approved by the university council.

Applicant Qualifications
1.
They must have completed lower secondary school or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; and have at least 5 years’ subsequent work experience at the beginning of the academic semester in which they enroll; or
2.
They must have completed lower secondary school or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education. and be at least 25 years old on the first day of the semester; or
3.
They must have completed lower secondary school or equivalent certified by the Ministry of Education. and passed the training courses at the certificate level that the university council certified; or
4.
They must have completed upper secondary school, or completed vocational certificate course or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; or
5.
They must have completed a higher vocational certificate course or the equivalent, all disciplines or equivalent or diploma or equivalent, from the university as recognized by the university council; or
6.
They must have completed a bachelor degree or its equivalent, or higher, from education institutions approved by the university council.

Applicant Qualifications
1.
They must have completed upper secondary school or completed vocational certificate course or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; or
2.
They must have completed diploma degree or completed a higher technical vocational certificate course in
the field of computer, information technology, communication technology, telecommunication, electricity, electronics from the university as recognized by the university council; or
3.
They must have completed diploma degree or completed a higher technical vocational certificate course in another field that is not computer, information technology, communication technology, telecommunication, electricity, electronics from the university as recognized by the university council; or
4.
They must have completed diploma degree Business Administration program in Business Computer from
a community college institution; or
5.
They must have completed possess a bachelor degree or its equivalent in the field of computer, information technology, communication technology, telecommunication, electricity, electronics from the university as recognized by the university council; or
6.
They must have completed possess a bachelor degree or its equivalent in another field that is not computer, information technology, communication technology, telecommunication, electricity, electronics from the university as recognized by the university council.
Remark:
1)
Those qualified from item 1-6 must not have illness that obstructs the studies and must not be expeller or released from a university because of misconducts.
2)
If it was not intentional or negligence and punishment was already made, they will be allowed to re-enroll upon the Academic Senate consideration. However, it will be 5 years after the suspension announcement of student status.

They must have completed upper secondary school or completed vocational certificate course or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; or

They must have completed a higher vocational certificate course or a diploma or its equivalent in the field of industry; or
3.
They must have completed diploma in Industrial Management from a community college; or
4.
They must have completed a higher vocational certificate course or a diploma or its equivalent in any field other than industry; or
5.
They must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the field of industry; or
6.
They must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any field other than industry.
Remark:
1)
