– The study period for the master’s degree program is no more than 6 academic years.
– The study period for the doctoral degree program is no more than 9 academic years.

Applicant Qualifications
1.
They must have completed a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from other universities or higher education institutions recognized by University Council; and
2.
They must have a GPA not below 2.30.
3.
Those qualified from item 1-2 must not have diseases that would be an undue hindrance to their studies and
must never have previously had their student status from the university suspended due to bad behavior.
If a student was once suspended for bad behavior but the offense was not intentional or was due to negligence
or has reason to be pardoned, he or she may request to be re-instated upon the approval of the Academic Senate once a full 5 years have passed from the date of suspension.

Applicant Qualifications
1.
They must posses a master degree, or the equivalent, in any major, from a university accredited by the Office of
the Higher Education Commission;
2.
They must have a grade point average of at least 3.25, if having a grade point average less than 3.25 may be considered if they have the academic work according to the university requirements;
3.
They must have documentary evidence on experiences, professional work, an appropriate and clarified project in
the area of study and clarifies plans for action after graduation;
4.
They must have an English proficiency in the required level; and
5.
They must have a Ph.D. research proposal.
Remark:
1)
For those who are not qualified according to item 1-5 the university mouy accept the admission by studying additional subjects or other conditions by the graduation committee approval.
2)
Those qualified from item 1-5 must not have diseases that interfere with the studies and must not be retired
from universities or higher education institutions because of their misconduct. If a students was once suspended for bad behavior but the offense was not intentional or was due to negligence or has reason to pardoned,
